To do in Word for the Mac. Ctrl+Shift+P
Otherwise, I assume you have function keys. Type the word "page" without the quotation marks. Select that. Press Cmd+F9 and then F9. https://support.office.com/en-us/art...k_workfields16 Either of these inserts a page field at the insertion point. That will reflect the "formatted" page number.
