She does not even have either of these. She sees no folders whatsoever. If you click on the Hide Folders, she has what you would have. If you click on Browse Folders, the folders do NOT come up. All it does is put the documents information in single-line format.

She is not home right now, but I will see if she can take her laptop somewhere to make a screenshot of what she does have. I can remote access it through TeamViewer, but don't know if I can capture screenshot of it with that. I will try. She doesn't know how to make a screenshot and save it.
