Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, other than upgrading to 2013. It is hard for her to learn any new software because of her age. She does quite well with 2010. I am tempted to take my copy of 2010 with me and put it on her machine when I go there this month to see if it does the same thing. I have upgraded to 2013.
