We've been dealing with this issue on occasion since June of 2013 and we could never find a fix. Thank you Charles for your information; we've all been sitting around my computer this morning reveling in the fix...how in the world these users managed to hide those folders in the "Save As" window is still beyond us, but at least we now have the fix in hand.
