Just to add: my husband had the same problem and this thread was most useful. increasing the size of the whole dialogue box did not help. Then I tried to do Charles' second tip, but could not work out where to pull down, as it were. But did get the double arrow. I moved this down with the cursor (in desperation really!), and some way down the grey box suddenly the missing list of folders appeared.
