I don't fully understand it but using "Table Normal" or "Table Grid" for your table styles is the basic problem. The interaction of table styles with paragraph styles is not something I have not been able to solve YET.
If you change the table style to something else (it is currently Table Grid), then you will find the styling easier to handle.
