Default When changing table style in Word 2010, font size seems to change but doesn't show in new tables

I have created a custom table style based on our organizational colours, etc., but while it seems to let me change the header row style to Calibri size 14 and bold, it just keeps showing up as size 11 font, not bold.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.
Elizabeth
