Default

I just experimented with cutting the table and its caption, inserting a Text Box from the Insert > Shapes menu, pasting the table and caption into that Text Box and then rotating the text box.

This appears to work but I'm not sure if the caption numbering or TOC entries would suffer as a consequence.

In any case, it is certainly the easiest way I can think to do it.
