I am using Outlook 2010, and in the compose e-mail view (after you click "New E-mail" and the MS Word-like screen comes up with To, cc, bcc, etc.) the ribbon tabs are different here than word, so I can't do everything I would like to do.
The Outlook tabs are currently -> "File" "Message" "Insert" "Options" "Format Text" "Review" Whereas the Word tabs are -> "File" "Home" "Insert" "Page Layout" "References" "Mailings" "Review" "View" I want to be able to add tabs that aren't currently on my Outlook ribbon, like View and Page Layout. One reason is so I can add columns to the e-mail, but there are many uses for these tabs while composing an e-mail in outlook. Does anyone know how to do this? I've tried things, as well as searched for an answer, but I've come up empty. Thanks a lot. |

Hi,
Go to (in Outlook) File...Options...Customize the Ribbon. Those are the available options for you. Mike Sperry http://www.SperrySoftware.com Find 37 Outlook add-ins that can make a difference! |
