![]() Hi everyone. I am trying to find a solution to my "dilemma" concerning cross-referencing. I am working on an agreement which has a lot of cross-referencing and this includes bulleted items, for example, I need to refer one clause to clause 4.2(c)(ii) in the agreement. For now, the process that I am doing is this: 1. Go to the location in the document where I need to insert the cross-reference. 2. Click Insert - Cross Reference. On the Reference box, I will click the drop-down list and will pick the link that I need to link to, ie click on Clause 4.2 then I will do the same steps and click (c) and then will do the same steps again but click on (ii) Is there a simple and efficient way to do the cross-referencing all at once like when I click on clause 4.2(c)(ii), the cross-reference that would appear on the document will be exactly as "4.2(c)(ii)"?. I am not sure if I made any sense but I am hoping someone could help (LOL) TIA! |
