Default AutoText for MS Word for OSX

Hi there,

I'm making a proposal and throughout the document I have the address of the particular client I am pitching, I have names and proposal numbers that I would like to automatically change throughout the document when I change them at the beginning of the proposal.

I've seen some youtube videos talking about "Quickparts" to accomplish this, but Mac doesn't have this feature as far as I know.

Does anyone know what steps I should take?

Thanks in advance!
