Not "protected" and "unprotected." Those are for filling in forms.
Editing Restrictions: Read Only, with exceptions. You put the exceptions where you want people to be able to make changes and make it an exception for everyone. While I expect that users will be able to use the formatting tab, I don't know because I've never tried this. Why don't you try and then educate me? |
