Suggestion. At the point where you want to force a new page in your table, instead of Ctrl-Enter:

1. Go to the paragraph group
2. Click the dialog launcher
3. Click the line and page breaks tab
4. Check Page Break Before
5. Click OK.

This creates a new page while maintaing the table header.
