You're kidding... so they dumbed it down for everyone just because corporate IT departments didn't want to have to deal with users having the options?
WHY NOT JUST HAVE AN ADMIN-LEVEL SETTING TO DISABLE THE FULL CUSTOMIZATION??? That way everybody wins, and it's not hurting the quality of the product.
