I could, but I happen to *like* Microsoft's products, for the most part.

Hey, is that really the best answer you can come up with, love it or leave it? That's not an answer.

Seriously, how can you expect a company to compete and make their products better without listening to their customers?

I think it's a legitimate complaint - simply put, the quick access toolbar is now harder to use and lost some very helpful features, to satisfy a certain cross-section of users.

I think my suggestion, to keep the full functionality, but add an admin-level option to limit it (for the corporate IT departments) is reasonable.
