How to specify Document Title from the body of my Document

Ok, that helps me rephrase my original ask then.

By whatever means, I would like a line in the body of my document, specifically in my cover sheet to be placed into the footer. So whenever I start my new document and begin filling out my cover sheet, my footer gets populated as well.

Is that doable?
