Hi. I am trying to figure this out... I need to get the Full File Path Name of the Document to display in the Title bar MS-Word 2010.

You can use the following line of code:
ActiveWindow.Caption = ActiveDocument.FullName in an AutoOpen macro. See the "Auto... macros" section of the article at http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm.
