That symbol (฿) looks the same as the Thai Bhat. If you go to Insert|Symbol, set the font to Normal text, and input 0E3F into the 'Character code' box with the 'Unicode hex' option, you should be able to see it. If that's what you want, choose 'Shortcut Key' and assign one. You can also set an Autocorrect option.

Of course, if you can remember it, you can always create one via 0E3F,Alt-x.
