How to edit the "Format" and the "show level" of an EXISTING table of content?

please, see the attached images that show my question




in certain cases, after the table of content has created, some edits are needed such as switching the format or number of level to be show.

how to do that?

  1. R-click on the TOC and choose Edit Field
  2. Scroll thru the Field names to click on TOC
  3. Click the Table of Contents button
  4. Click the Options button or the Modify button
