I created an email newsletter through word using a template. It looks great and when opened in outlook everything is perfect. However, opening in any other email client (yahoo, gmail, hotmail...) it's a mess. Any way to fix this?

How are you using this template? Note that if you are pasting formatted text from Word into an e-mail, the interpretation of the formatting is entirely up to the mail application. This is also true on the recipient's end, that is, you can't tell for sure how a formatted e-mail looks when the recipient reads it.
