Replacing the Normal file isn't recommended, but adding to the Startup folder should definitely work. The assumption is that the file added is a macro-enabled template.

Ok, I'll give that a try. You have any idea where th startup folder is on a Macbook Pro?

Think I found the right folder in library/launchagents. Pu normal.dotm there, but it didn't work. Don't know why this is so difficult.
