Some anomalies with your table(s):
• its preferred width isn't set and it's allowed to automatically resize
• the row height is set to 'at least' 12cm, rather than 'exactly' 12cm.
• you don't need to create a page break and a new table for each page - simply tabbing out of the last cell will create a new page with a replica table structure, since it'll be part of the same table.
