Post Common mailbox analyzer/statistics

Hey, guys
I'm looking for an addon for outlook or a piece of software that can create reports based on emails received in 2 or more common mailboxes. I would need reports for mean response time for an email, number of emails by sender, number of emails replied to by receiver, number of follow-ups, number of emails per group (if the sender is say from Customer Care or Service and Troubleshooting).
I've been googling for a few days now in search of the perfect piece of software to do all this and I will continue my search. In the mean time, if anyone has an idea, please let me know.

Or something like this:
"
My work requires me to track outlook emails.
I like to have a ticketing system allowing me to do some analytics such as tracking the amount of time I have spent...the type of issues and frequency...who in my team is handling it...it will be valuable to our team.
"

Thank you very much.
Tschuss!

The information you seek is considered an exchange Analytic report. Normally this is something that is generated by your email hosting provider if this is a service they support.

My current exchange provider does handle these types of reports by request, but of course requires to be with their service.

Hope this gives you a place to check.

Best regards,

The features that you outlined are usually available as reports in a helpdesk or ticketing system.

Here is a good site to go over things, as well as a good list of softwares and providers. http://www.helpdesksoftware.org/

Thank you for the replies. I'm trying to find a solution that doesn't require personnel retraining or heavy investments and I want to keep it on the user's pc instead of installing it at a central hub or similar, mostly because I don't think I will receive permission to do that.

I need this as easy and quick as possible, I don't want the users to have to waste more time with learning the software and/or entering stuff by hand or clicking on/off different options. I need it to be automated and run silently in the background, but if I think about it, it would be sufficient if the software/addon would export the data I want to an excel sheets. I don't necessarily need it to process the information, just be able to extract it for future/further analysis.

Another idea would be to hire somebody who knows programming to create some macros. Can anyone reffer me to someone knowledgeable in the arts of do-whiles?

Thank you kindly!
