Default

File > Account Settings > E-Mail > Change FOLDER - it's the button at the bottom of the dialog. If it doesn't appear, click the Data Files tab and then click the E-Mail tab.

This opens the available folder tree in Outlook. Select the Inbox of the account you want to use to receive the e-mails.
