Outlook 2010 Big Problem !!!

Good Morning
I have a problem without look 2010 and I cannot find an answer on the web the other morning I got up opened up outlook and everything on the screen had changed the fonts were so small you can hardy read them the To-Do bar automatically opens on the bottom left of the screen in the navigation pane where you set the folder buttons are now straight up in a Colum instead of horizontal across the bottom like I had them. Now above the E-Mail address in the navigation pane now I have favorites, delete and sent items button. I have went back and changed everything back just like I had it before but when you restart outlook you lose all your new settings. I have done this at least 10 times I have also run the repair program several times nothing seems to help.
HELP SOMEONE

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium service pack 1
I am running Explorer 11.0.9600.18124
The Computer is a Dell

I only knew about it because I had the same problem and went searching. I uninstalled the update and that worked as well.
