There are no errors whatsoever. A screen shot will not really help that much. Here's the general drift.
Let's say I type a name in the search of the Deleted Folder. This name might be "Larry Button." So when I type in this name in the Search, I'll get something like the following. Larry Button Larry Button Larry Button Wilma Vacuum Larry Button Larry Button Brian Marshmellow Larry Button ----------------- Instead of giving me just "Larry Button" I get an assorted mix. My question therefore remains, why will not just the name I type in the Search come up just with just that name. I'm being told that Microsoft has made it that if "Larry Button" is mentioned by Wilma Vacuum or Brian Marshmellow, then their names are going to be pulled up also. If that is indeed the case, it's too bad Microsoft has geared it that way. Oh, I realize they will have their reasons for doing that but still, the name I type into that Search should come up with only that name UNLESS there is a way to do it that I still do not see. I've tried the Search Tools in Outlook 2013 (going to Advanced Find / Advanced but that still does not do what I'm wanting. If you have something else in mind, please send it this way. |
