In this situation I've something in my mind. Why don’t you just try searching by proving email address of that particular person?

Do these things:

Start Outlook >> open up Deleted Items folder
Click on Arranged By and select E-mail Account
And now under the search box, type in email address of the particular person and hit the enter key to proceed.



Same name can exist for more than one person but the email address cannot. So I would recommend you to try the above steps, I hope it’ll work for you.
