i am a system administrator for a company we run outlook 2003 on all our computers.

i have one user when she deletes e-mail it is not going to her trash or deleted items folder.

if she has a message that is unread and deletes it before reading it... it will go to the deleted items folder.

if she has a read message that she deletes.. it is perminatly deleted...

i have checked her rules, and i have also checked to see perhaps if sticky keys were accidently turn on.
