I am unable to share one note on windows phone 8.1

I have an account within Microsoft and use one note on line. There is a particular shared "note pad" that I use a lot and it is great.

The problem is I am unable to sync this shared "note pad" on my windows phone 8.1.

I noticed that on my windows phone there is only one possible "note pad" which is called ""Quick Notes". I am unable to create other "note pads". This fact leads me to believe that the "One Note" on my W Phone is not functioning properlly.

Please anybody would provide me with a hint?
