Currently I am having some issues with my Microsoft Word. When I try to open a word doc from Outlook word opens but no document loads. When i save that document to the PC and double click it to open it does the same thing. If I save the document to the computer open word and go file open the document opens fine. I have read else where that it was a keys issue but I have not found any steps to take to fix it myself. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I removed and reinstalled the office application and even used a different disc for it.

Uninstalling & reinstalling rarely achieves anything that a repair won't fix.

It's possible Word is using a corrupt Normal.dotm or Normal.dotx file. These files aren't deleted when you uninstall Word. If you rename or delete them (with Word closed) and re-start Word, that might fix the problem. Word will create a new Normal.dotx file upon restarting. To find where these files are stored on your system, go to Word Options|Advanced > File Locations and look in the 'user templates' line.
