I understand the workings of the GWX Utility. What I meant, is that the Windows 10 upgrade (which is called GWX by MS) is completely removed from my system and updates pertaining to GWX are blocked in Windows Update. The only difference is that I did it manually and didn't use the 3rd. party utility.

I will now try the Easy-Fix tool link that you kindly provided. Report will follow.
