Mail merge to table, new page/doc when field chnges

You can do that with http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm , provided your crew list is in Excel and you have the Crew number as they key field and the data is sorted on that field. Use the optional list field for the signature block (if you want that also).

Thanks, I will look into it. I'm restricted on what I can download and install as on a work server but I'll see if I can get the ManyToOne installed
