You need the two sides on the same page appropriately rotated and not on two separate pages. See attached.

If you wanted to use two pages then for duplex mail merge see http://www.gmayor.com/duplex_merge_data.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_postcards.htm, but it is not required in this case.
