I am trying to help my wife out. She is assisting with an auction and needs to generate a database of donations...but from this, generate labels (or slips of paper) from the data. For the labels, she will only need to insert the field for the "donor" and the field for "value". The thing is, is that she needs to generate a label for each donation AT the time of the donation.
If this were simply generating a sheet of labels after the entire database (or spreadsheet) was completed, I could help, but not sure if it is possible to generate (print) a label each time a record is created. Does anyone know if this is possible...or can explain how to do so? Thanks in advance. |

Hi PNGento,
Mailmerge really isn't designed to work that way. You'd probably find that things will work far better if you configure your database to print each record's label when the record is entered.
