Hello! Please help me with the following drawing in Word:
http://imgur.com/iQgXs.jpg But i need to make it like: http://i.imgur.com/0iPyk.jpg i.e., i need to resize the star autoshape in a specific way. But the problem is i don't know where do i make such changes to this autoshape automatically, because i have strict requirement for the size of the star, and this is the requirement: http://i.imgur.com/QMfBw.jpg . It means i know i can resize it in that manner moving that little yellow point on the star autoshape, but then i can't be sure it is 2,5 cm ![]() I have a russian version of MS Office 2007, but i would gladly accept recommendations about the english version. Thank you very much in advance. |

Hi ttroff,
Checking the size is easy - simply right-click on the image and choose Format Autoshape - Size. The dialogue box tells you what the size is and gives you the option of adjusting the size if need be. The only thing that doesn't tell you is the lengths of the rays. You can check those by centring a circle of the size you want over the star and checking that the rays begin at the right distance from the centre. See attached.

Thank you very much, Paul, for your answer! It's really helpful. I was thinking to do it a simillar way, and you confirmed my assumptions. Thank you!
