Hi, I don't know how did it happen after people told me the light wouldn't go off. I tried replacing the printer paper and took the ribbon off and put it back on, but still the light's on. Could somebody help?

You try turning it off and then turning it back on after a few seconds??

Yes, and I also unplugged the unit but still didn't work.
