Not sure if this should be in User-forms or not - but I suspect with my lack of Word knowledge, this may be an easy one...
I have a simple label document set up so that, when completed, it prints out correctly to the labels in a specific printer. The trouble is that people will copy and paste an address from, say, an A4 document into the label document and therefore mess up all the settings. I've had a look to see how I can protect the format somehow but so far have drawn a blank. Any ideas? Thanks. |

Try making the file "read-only"

Cheers, UTSUPPORT ...But that wont stop them (unintentionally) changing the layout / format - it will just mean that they can't save it. Equally, if you protected the document then they couldn't fill in their name and address that they want to put onto the label in the first place. |

Select the table, right click and choose the table properties, table options, options uncheck resize to fit. On the row tab change the row to exactly.
