I've set up a single page of mailing labels that I'm using as name badges. (5x2 on a page - Avery 5263) I want to set up a second (and third and fourth, etc.) page of labels.
When I try to "Insert" a page at what appears to be at the bottom of the first (only) page, it puts a page break in at 4x2. Does anyone know how I can make it have multiple pages without doing the whole mail merge, because I also have a logo on it. Thanks! |

Hi Lisa,
How did you create the document (eg mailings|Labels|Options > Avery 5263 > OK > New Document)? How are you creating the 2nd page? You should be able to go to the last label cell (it's a Word table), position the incertion point at the end-of cell marker and simply hold down the tab key and Word will start adding new label cells. Is there a paragraph break at the top of it (click the ¶ on the ribbon's home tab to toggle the formatting display on/off)? If so, delete that paragraph.
