You could got through the same process again, but this seems to be only a temprorary fix. Maybe your document has some underlying corruption that the process is unable to fix completely. In that case, what you may need to do is to create a new document and copy everything except the heading 1 paragraphs into it. For the heading 1 paragraphs, you could convert them to 'normal' style before copying, then convert them back to heading 1 afterwards, or you could copy just the text from them and paste them into the heading one Style in the new document.

Hi Paul,

I’m again in trouble with the same issue,

The number of “heading 2” is replaced by black background! The file is attached

What might be the issue?

What reasons are behind such corruption?
