Hi, everyone!
I am using Windows HP with MS Word 2007. I would like to print the guests' names on the envelope by Printing Merge. Unluckily, the underline in the envelope is not straight enough, so I must rotate the names a little up to fit the underline. I use the text box to print the names. I was trying to find the way to do rotate, but I couldn't figure it out. Anyone knows how to solve it. Please help me. Thanks very much and best wishes! My Best Regards, LUCK |

For single printouts sometimes I paste text as an image.
(I edit some piece of text in some image editor and then paste it). Then, you can rotate it anyway you want. Unfortunately, it will do no good for Printing Merge. If I get any more ideas, I will add them later. |

There is also an option to place envelopes a little rotated in the printer.
Finally, you can just make text high enough over the line, that it does not become covered by lines and will look acceptable (but still will not be straight). |

I think it's best solution for me. I will try that. When the text is a little higher than the line, then it should be look well. Thanks a lot.
