Good afternoon!
I am having trouble properly printing my document in Word 2010 with "print page range". My document is arranged as follows: i ii iii iv (SB) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 (SB) 8 9 10 11 (SB) etc... {SB - section break} When I print pg.6 to pg 10 everything works fine: 6 7 8 9 10 If I were to print pg.3 to pg 10 I actually get: iii iv 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Any help on my better controlling this would be much appreciated! For example, you might type p1s2-p3s3 Or you can just print a section: s3 for example. Point to the little circled i that is next to the pages box in the Print settings stuff to get a screen tip |

Hi Bryan,
When printing a document with multiple Sections, and you only want a particular page (or group of pages) to print, you need to specify the Section number(s); otherwise, you'll get the pages from all Sections that correspond with the nominated page numbers. Kimberly's advice on how to specify the page/section combo shows how to do that.
