| Print preview and actual print do not match?

Hi, I'm having a problem with word. When i try to print my report the markup moves up 3cm. When I press print preview in word I get this (see attach untitled), this looks fine! Now when I print it I get this (see attech untitled2) The whole markup just moves up like 3 cm. I just can't find anyway to fix it I spend a whole day messing with page setup and stuff it just doesn't have effect. It's really annoying. I'm sure it's not the printer i tried it on multiple printers and printed it on PDF all the same results. I hope anyone can help me with this. Kind regards Patrick PS: sorry for my bad english I'm Dutch |

| Print moves

See if "Use draft quality" is checked in your Tool/Options on the Print tab. If so, uncheck it. This would give you the black and white version; I'm not sure how it would affect placement, but it might. Does this resolve your problem? |
