Hi MAS,

For the picture insertion, you can insert Section breaks before & after the position where you want to allow the picture to be inseted. Then, when protecting the document, leave that Section unprotected.

For the footer info, I'd suggest setting up the required formfields in a single paragraph (with line breaks if needed) in the body of the document and applying a paragraph Style to them that isn't used anywhere else in the document. You can then use a STYLEREF field in the footer to replicate the data.
