Default align "In line with text" - Lower position of button to baseline

Hi!
Please tell me how I can move down the Hello button on the same line of the text and the picture. I can achieve this if I modify text wrapping but I want to keep "In line with text" option!
I tried it from Format Shape but I can't find any option to move down the box, only the text itself in the box. Do the box have some space at the bottom or is there a distance specified somewhere for it?(how can I see it?)

Carefully select the inline object as you would select ordinary text (include a space character or two) and then use the Font dialog box to set the position to "Lowered." 5 points should suffice in this case.

just what I needed, thank You!

BTW Do you know how I can control the actual height of the Hello shape, which is marked with a gray background in your screenshot (The shape size format: height/width only controls the size of the shape itself, not this bottom/top distance). I want the shape without any distance at the bottom and top, if this is not possible, I want to make this distance the smallest. I don't know where it comes from, when I create a rectangle this distance is arbitrary for me, sometimes I have this gray background only at the bottom or only at the top or sometime in both places (the shape is positioned on this gray background at the bottom, at the top or vertically centered)

For a more permanent fix, I believe you will have to edit the picture in an image editing program.

I want to create just a little rectangle shape and write in it only a letter or a short word e.g Hello and keep "In line with text". I don't talk about any picture, I talk about the vertically align of the Hello shape(the grey background means the shape is selected!)
