Default align "In line with text" - Lower position of button to baseline

Hi!

Please tell me how I can move down the Hello button on the same line of the text and the picture. I can achieve this if I modify text wrapping but I want to keep "In line with text" option!
I tried it from Format Shape but I can't find any option to move down the box, only the text itself in the box. Do the box have some space at the bottom or is there a distance specified somewhere for it?(how can I see it?)
