![]() I like justifying my paragraphs whereby the left and right are perfectly aligned. However, sometimes it looks terrible and hard to read when the last line in a paragraph has only a few words. Something like this. instead of Something like this. The strange thing is that it doesn't always happen so why does it happen only sometimes? and how could I solve this problem? I have found work-arounds but was hoping for a solution. thanks |

The occasions where it's not happening are most likely due to you using Shift-Enter to create a line break instead of using Enter to create a paragraph break.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately that is not the case. I never but never have used Shift -- Enter--never knew of its existence or purpose until now.

If you click on the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab to display the document's formatting, do you see those symbols at the end of the affected paragraphs? If not, what do you see there?
