In older Word versions a return / line break gave one line, ie., the next line. In 2010 I get two lines for each one press of return.
How do I turn this back to a single line break? Thank you. |

Do the following: In a new, blank document, display the Styles pane, for example by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S. Click the Manage Styles button. On the Set Defaults tab, make sure that Spacing After and Space Before are both set to zero. Select "New documents based on this template" and then click OK.
