Move the page number near the bottom edge of the paper

Hi. I spent hours finding a solution to my page number location issue. I would like the page number to be placed inside the footer image. It should be the page number that should be moved to the image as I would like the footer to be positioned nearest to the bottom of the paper.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

See attached. I simply inserted a transparent textbox with the page field in front of the logo.

Your graphics might have moved slightly but, since everything in the footer is grouped, you should be able to move them together to precisely where you want them.

This is perfect Paul. Thank you. I never knew of a transparent textbox.

It's just an ordinary textbox to which you apply Shape Format>Shape Fill>No Fill.
