Your question is still not clear. Your Excel file contains phrases and no connection to Word templates/files. It is not clear how you expect any of this to work. You posted an unrelated Word document to me which doesn't help at all.

You will need to describe clearly how a 'user' will interact with your Excel and Word documents or provide examples that relate directly to the question you asked if you want help.
