How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum.

Also, version number for Word (File > Account > About Word) and how you are saving as pdf.

Thanks, Charles.

I'm using Word for Microsoft 365 MSO Ver. 2201, Build 16.0.14827.20180.

I've tried the 'Save as Adobe PDF' method and the 'Export' as PDF method. Both of those result in all pictures missing. The 'Print' method (and then choosing PDF) does preserve the images, but loses the page size, despite the fact that the print size is set to the same as my book (8.38x8.5).

I was unable to attach the file bc the forum said 'a security token was missing,' however, here's a OneDrive link to a sample that exhibits the issue. Thanks for your time!
